1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SafeShare platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SafeShare provides property management software solutions that allow property managers, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to manage rental properties, process payments, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with each other.

3. Registration and User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate payment information. You agree to pay all fees at the prices then in effect for your selected subscription plan.

You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide to us for all applicable fees. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SafeShare and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SafeShare.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may generate content that includes but is not limited to property listings, messages, reviews, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain all your ownership rights in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant SafeShare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SafeShare, a SafeShare employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm SafeShare or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAFESHARE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration under its applicable rules.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.
